Shipping Method, Time & Cost

For Shipments to Greece

The company we work with is GENERAL POSTAL.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, except in inaccessible areas of mainland and island Greece where it may take 3-5 working days depending on ferry routes and / or transhipments. The above deliveries are observed depending on availability and out of force majeure (eg ban in ports, strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Orders placed from Monday to Friday & until 15:00 are processed the same day, otherwise the next day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.

On the days we offer FREE shipping or FREE (FROM -X- AMOUNT), it is for all direct orders, ie those that are paid by card.
COD is excluded.
For orders sent by cash on delivery there is a charge of € 2.00.
In any other case the shipping costs are € 2.50.

Once your order is completed, you will be sent an email with all the details of your purchase. These details will include the date, order number, payment method, the total amount of your purchases and the delivery details you have entered.

For Shipments to Cyprus

The company we work with is ELTA.
Simple shipping (registered parcel) with Hellenic Post, with a fixed charge €16,00 for Cyprus. Delivery takes place within approximately 10 - 14 working days, depending on the place of delivery and the date of registration of the order, depending on ferry routes and / or transhipments. The above deliveries are observed depending on availability and out of force majeure (eg ban in ports, strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
